SAN ROCCO HOUSE
Our San Rocco house is a well equipped holiday home, for a maximum of 4 people, in the heart of the Abruzzo. The house was built approximately a 120 years ago in the typical regional style and has recently been completely renovated and is fully furnished including full central heating. The house has fantastic ornate decorations and newly added roof terrace in a quiet part of town. It is situated in the San Rocco area of the characteristic small town of Pratola Peligna (approximately 8000 inhabitants). It is only 5 minutes from the town centre, bus stop and railway station.
Ground Floor: Entrance and stairs to first floor. Self contained double bedroom with en-suite bathroom facing little cul-de-sac.
First Floor: Living kitchen with washing machine, open fireplace and balcony to front.
Second Floor: Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and balcony to front. Stairs to roof terrace.
Roof Terrace: Sink, table and four chairs and two sun loungers.
Included in the house is: fridge, freezer, cooker, washing machine, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, CD player, stereo and kettle.
Please note that smoking is not permitted inside any of our houses.
Arrival time is after 4pm and departure is before 11am. Changeover day is Saturday unless otherwise agreed.
Prices are as follows:
Low Season: 45 Euros per day
High Season (July/August): 55 Euros per day for 2 people
Surcharge per person 5 Euros per day maximum 4 people. Children surcharge 2.50 Euros per day.
Minimum stay 5 days.
If the stay is less than 7 days a surcharge of 20 Euros will be applicable for cleaning.
Bookings for more than 2 weeks the 3rd week is half price.
Longer stays available on request.
No pets allowed. Not suitable for wheelchair users.
The price includes cleaning after departure and linen and towels.
Should this house be occupied we can offer you another typical Abruzzo-style house within walking distance instead.
