Our Via Roma house is a well equipped self- catering holiday home for a maximum of 6 people in the heart of the Abruzzo. The house was built approximate 100 years ago in the typical regional style and has recently been completely renovated, is fully furnished and has full central heating. The house has a large roof terrace with a panoramic view of the surrounding mountains and is set in the heart of the small characterful town of Pratola Peligna. Bus and Railway connections are located approximately 10 minutes walking distance from the house.
First floor: Entrance with door to large lounge/dining kitchen, open fireplace and balcony to the lounge side. Dining table and 6 chairs, 3 seater and 2 seater sofa, coffee table.
Second Floor: Large bedroom with two single beds, 3 seater sofabed, balcony. Small room with table, 2 chairs and fireplace. Bathroom with shower. Balcony.
3rd Floor: Roof terrace, equipped with table, 6 chairs, umbrella and two sun loungers. Small room with sink, bathroom with shower, bedroom with double bed and balcony.
Included in the house is: fridge, freezer, cooker, washing machine, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, compact Radio/CD player and kettle. Smoking is not permitted inside any of our houses.
Arrival time is 4pm and departure is before 11am.
Changeover day is Saturday unless otherwise agreed.
Prices are as follows for 4 people:
Low season: 60 Euros per day
High season: 70 Euros per day (July/August)
Surcharge per adult, two maximum, 5 Euros per day/children, 2.50 Euros per day
Minimum stay 5 days.
If the stay is less than 7 days a surcharge of 35 Euros will be applicable for cleaning.
Bookings for more than 2 weeks the 3rd week is half price.
Longer stays available on request.
No pets allowed. Not suitable for wheelchair users. The price includes bed linen, towels and cleaning on departure.
